Full-Time / 40 hours per week / Union Position
The Town of Halifax seeks qualified candidates for the full-time position of Firefighter/Paramedic.
Interested applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent and hold a valid Massachusetts Class D driver’s license, Massachusetts Emergency Medical Technician/Paramedic certification, and Pro-Board Firefighter Level II certification.
All applications will be reviewed. Consideration for interviews will be based on certification level and experience. The successful candidate must complete a medical physical, physical agility test, and CORI background check.
Pay rate: Dependent on the current union contract wage schedule and candidate qualifications. This position is eligible for benefits.
