Zoning By-Law Review Committee
At the town meeting in September 2020, the townspeople of Halifax voted to authorize the Finance Committee to contract with a consultant for a review of the Town's Zoning By-Law (Chapter 167). The Committee contracted with Attorney Mark Bobrowski of Blatman, Bobrowski, & Haverty for the review.
Attorney Bobrowski has provided a "zoning diagnostic" to indicate areas where he recommends that work be conducted.
