Water Main Break - Holmes Street & Surrounding Area - June 11th, 2025

Update 6/11/2025 6:56 pm: Water service has been restored to all affected areas. Residents may experience discolored water and water pressure issues while the water mains are refilled. Residents are asked to avoid water usage for the next couple of hours to allow the water mains to be refilled more quickly. The Water Department will conduct hydrant flushing this evening to circulate discolored water out of the system.

Due to a water main break on Holmes Street, water service has been disconnected on Holmes Street and the surrounding area. Residents outside of the affected area may experience water pressure issues as a result of the water main break. Water and Highway crews are actively working to make the necessary repairs and restore water service as quickly as possible.
