** Septic Installers** - Please note:  If you have never been a permitted septic installer in the Town of Halifax, an installers test is required.  Contact the Board of Health for details.

The "Septic Installer's List" provides currently permitted septic installers approved by the Board in the town of Halifax.  

If your name/company is not on our list, you can easily be added by contacting us at the BOH office to request a permit application, and/or by printing the application and returning it to our office completed, along with the appropriate fee.  For our current list of fees, please call our office.  Our "Fee Schedule" is not available at this time, but will be posted soon.

If your name/company is not on our list, you can easily be added by printing and completing an application and returning it to our office along with the appropriate annual permit fee listed on the application or by contacting us at the BOH office to request a permit application via fax or email.

   If you have completed the application process to be a permitted Septic Installer in the town of Halifax and are not on the list above, please contact or office.
