Please be aware that per Massachusetts General Law (G.L. c. 66 § 10) Inspection and copies of public records; requests; written responses; extension of time; fees, this office has up to 10 calendar days to fulfill this request.  You will be contacted by phone when the requested information is ready for viewing or pick-up.

• Barn and animal inspection records are exempt from the public records law under MGL Chapter 4, section 7, paragraph 26, subsection (n):

  “(n) records ...which relate to ...emergency preparedness, ...or any other records relating to the security or safety of ...other infrastructure located within the commonwealth, the disclosure of which, in the reasonable judgment of the record custodian, subject to review by the supervisor of public records under subsection (c) of section 10 of chapter 66, is likely to jeopardize public safety or cyber security.”
