105 CMR 410.000: Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, State Sanitary Code, Chapter II (the “Housing Code”)
105 CMR 410.000: Minimum Standards of Fitness for Human Habitation, State Sanitary Code, Chapter II (the “Housing Code”) will go into effect on May 12, 2023. This regulation sets forth minimum standards for housing under the State Sanitary Code, established under M.G.L. c. 111, §127A.
In preparation for the regulatory update, the Community Sanitation Program (CSP) conducted 5 virtual trainings and 6 in-person trainings with local health and other interest groups.
