Flammable Storage Permits

The Halifax Board of Selectmen issues licenses for flammable storage above and underground under Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 148, Section 13, Chapter 527 of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, Part 9, the Fire Chief, the Board of Health regulations and Chapter 167-7 of the Halifax By-Laws. The fee for a license is $50 plus a $50 registration fee. The fee for the annual renewal is $50. There is a late payment fee of $50 per month including any portion of a month.
