The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 24, 2023 6:30 p.m. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA for the purpose of hearing the application for the transfer of an All Alcoholic Beverage Restaurant License from In Season Restaurant, Inc. d/b/a Lakeside Villa - George Latini, Manager to Monponsett Events, LLC - John Saphire and Amie Saphire, Owners and Ronald E. Porzio, Manager on property located at 550 Monponsett Street, Halifax, MA 02338.
