The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 6:15 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA for the purpose of hearing the application from Monponsett Events LLC, d/b/a The Lakehouse – Jonathan Saphire, Manager, to alter the premises under its All Alcoholic Beverage Common Victualler License at 550 Monponsett Street to expand the permitted area for beverage consumption to include a secured lawn space and courtyard area increasing the square footage from 19,000 square feet to 41,323 square feet.
