UMass Survey on Socioeconomic Impacts of COVID-19 on US Households

You are invited to participate in a research study on Socioeconomic Impacts of COVID-19 on US Households, conducted by a research team of the University of Massachusetts Department of Economics and School of Public Policy. This online survey includes questions on professional life, economic stability, physical and mental well-being, as well as childcare and children education. The study aims at informing equitable policy interventions and resilience plans.

This survey is anonymous. You are free to skip any questions that you choose, and you may leave the survey at any point.

The survey will take 5 minutes for respondents without children and 8-12 minutes for respondents with children.
