Storm Closings

Due to power outages, downed trees, and continued high winds from the storm, the Silver Lake Regional School District, including Halifax Elementary School, and the Halifax Town Hall are closed on Wednesday, October 27.
Recycling will be delay one day (normal Wednesday pickup will be on Thursday). The Recycling Center will be closed on Wednesday, October 27 but will be open on Thursday, October 28 from 10am to 1pm.
