Public Health Community Survey

The town of Halifax is requesting members of the community to participate in a public health survey that will assist in identifying opportunities and initiatives to commit the town’s portion of statewide opioid settlement funds. Your feedback is crucial in ensuring that the funds are utilized effectively and align with the needs of the community. Responses will be accepted until Friday, June 27th, 2025, at 3 pm.
