Flu Vaccine Clinic - October 25th, 2023

Stop & Shop Pharmacy in partnership with the Board of Health will be hosting a Flu Vaccination Clinic at the Halifax Town Hall, 499 Plymouth Street from 2 pm to 5 pm on Wednesday, October 25th, 2023.
- All are welcome.
- You do not have to be a Halifax resident to receive the vaccine.
- Anyone 9 years or older can receive the vaccine.
- Consent Form required. (Download available below)
- If you complete a consent form prior to your visit, it will help decrease your wait time.
- Please bring your insurance card. (Most insurances cover the flu vaccine.)
- If you make a copy of your insurance card, this will take less time filling out paperwork.
- Other Vaccines available:
- Pfizer COVID boosters.
- A limited amount of Moderna COVID boosters.
- If you do not have health insurance coverage, the cost is:
- $65.00 per vaccine. Cash or check only, please.
REMINDER: Please remember, we will need access to your upper arm area, so wear appropriate clothing. Also, be prepared to allow time for waiting.
