The Town of Halifax seeks bids for providing services for the collection and disposal of solid waste from approximately up to 2600 homes within the Town of Halifax, Massachusetts.  Bids will be received in the Board of Selectmen Office, Town of Halifax, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax,MA 02338 until 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, May 30, 2023.

All bids shall be made on the forms furnished, including those in Addendum One issued on 5/17/23. Bidders must submit their responses in a sealed envelope indicating the bidder’s name and address. The envelope is to be clearly labeled“Town of Halifax, MA- Curbside Collection Bid.” The Town of Halifax (“Town”) reserves the right to reject any and all bids in part or in whole. It also reserves the right to make an award in any manner consistent with Massachusetts General Law and deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
