The Town of Halifax invites sealed bids for an Energy Manager to manage all energy related programs for the Town of Halifax.  Bid documents will be available starting December 5th 9:00am by contacting the Procurement Officer at [email protected]; or by picking up documents at the Board of Selectmen’s Office on the 2nd floor of Town Hall, 499 Plymouth St, Halifax, MA.   Sealed bids will be received no later than January 9, 2024, 11:00am at Town Hall, 499 Plymouth Street, 2nd Floor Town Administrator’s Office Halifax, MA 02338 which at that time will be opened.  A one (1) year contract is being offered with two (2) additional 1-year options to renew solely based on the Town’s recommendations.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all responses if the Owner determines, within its own discretion, that it is in the Owner’s best interests to do so.
