Utilities and Street Lights

This table lists the provider for each type of utility in Halifax. Other vendors, not regulated by the State or the Town, but providing services such as electricity generation, non-broadcast channels (i.e. cable), and Internet exist, but there are too many for the Town to list or keep track. You should run searches to determine what vendors exist and what services they offer.

The Massachusetts Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs and National Grid can provide information about electricity generation suppliers and brokers operating in the National Grid network and also a complete list of licensed electricity suppliers and brokers operating in Massachusetts.

Please call or visit the web site for a particular provider if you have a service or billing question.
