Oil Burner and Oil Tank permits can be submitted by filling out the attached Form 1 Application. The application can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to Halifax Fire Department, 438 Plymouth St., Halifax MA 02338 along with a check or money order for $30.00 made payable to the Town of Halifax.
