Council on Aging Director - Screening Committee

As part of the process of hiring a new Director for the Halifax Council on Aging, the Halifax Board of Selectmen is seeking volunteers to serve on a screening committee to review applications for the position, hold an initial round of interviews, and make recommendations for finalists to be interviewed by the Board of Selectmen. Committee members will need to attend several meetings, likely during evenings, over the course of a a few weeks during the second half of August and early September. Residents interested in volunteering should send a letter to the Board of Selectmen, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA 02338 or e-mail the Town Administrator, Charlie Seelig, with contact information and a brief narrative about why they would like to participate in this process.
