NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 7:45 P.M. in the Selectmen’s Meeting Room, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA for the purpose of hearing the application from In Season Restaurant Inc., d/b/a Lakeside Villa – George Latini, Manager to alter the premises under its All Alcoholic Beverage Common Victualler License at 550 Monponsett Street by increasing the square footage of the restaurant from 13,479 square feet to 19,000 square feet.
