Duties & Responsibilities

Through the Town's acceptance of Massachusetts General Law, Chapter 41, Section 100B, the Disability Review Committee reviews medical bills submitted by Halifax police officers and firefighters retired due to work-related disabilities to determine whether the bills are related to the disability and should be paid.
