Zoning Board of Appeals
Mission Statement
The Zoning Board of Appeals shall establish procedures and shall conduct its meetings consistent with the provisions of MGL c.40A or other provisions of General Laws and/or of bylaws contained in the General Codes as shown in the Code of the Town of Halifax, Massachusetts.
The next Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held on Monday, May 5th, 2025 in the Selectmen's Meeting Room at 7pm.
