Notice of Public Hearing - Utility Pole Relocation

The Board of Selectmen will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at 6:45 p.m. in the Halifax Selectmen’s Meeting Room, Town Hall, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA for the purpose of hearing the joint petition submitted by Massachusetts Electric Company and Verizon New England, Inc. to replace and relocate Pole 3 +/-10’ West of existing location in order for abutter 21 Plymouth Street to extend their driveway.
