Flu Vaccination Clinic - September 16

The Halifax Board of Health and Stop & Shop Pharmacy will host a Flu Vaccination Clinic on Thursday, September 16 in the Great Hall (2nd floor) of Town Hall from 2:00pm to 5:30pm.

All are welcome, you do not have to be a Halifax resident to receive the vaccine. Anyone 9 years or older can receive the vaccine. If you have insurance coverage please bring your Insurance Card, most insurances cover the flu vaccine. Please bring a copy of your Insurance Card to help decrease your wait time. If you do not have health insurance coverage, the cost is $15.00 per vaccine. Cash or check only, please. Consent Form (https://www.halifax-ma.org/board-health/files/flu-clinic-consent-form) required. If you complete a consent form prior to your visit, it will help decrease your wait time.

REMINDERS:

Please remember, we will need access to your upper arm area, so wear appropriate clothing. Also, be prepared to allow time for waiting.

All COVID protocols including wearing face coverings and maintaining six feet of distance when possible will be followed.
