LEGAL NOTICE OF A COMMUNITY OUTREACH MEETING
REGARDING A MARIJUANA ESTABLISHMENT PROPOSED BY Elevated Roots II, LLC

 

Notice is hereby given that a community outreach meeting for Elevated Roots II, LLC (Elevated Roots) proposed Adult-Use Marijuana Retailer to be located at 319 Monponsett Street in Halifax, MA.

 

When: Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at 6:30pm

 

Where: The Great Hall in the Halifax Town Hall, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, MA 02338

 

What:  Elevated Roots will discuss security, diversion prevention, community involvement and planning, and general operating information for the adult-use marijuana retailer.

 

It will be an interactive forum, and community members and members of the public are encouraged to ask questions and receive answers from representatives of Elevated Roots. 24 hours in advance of the meeting, the proposed Host Community Agreement and other materials in connection with the proposed site and business will be available on the Town of Halifax web site: http://halifax-ma.org

 

A copy of this notice is on file with the Town Clerk, Select Board, Planning Board, and Building Department at Town Hall, 499 Plymouth Street, Halifax, Massachusetts.
