The Love of "Art" Program

Halifax Council on Aging members enjoyed a field trip to Renee MacMurray's Art and Design Studio, 200 Weymouth Street, Rockland, MA.
The Mass Cultural Council awards funding to Local Cultural Council's each year. Charlie Seelig, Town Administrator and Chair to the Halifax Cultural Council, granted instructional classes to a spirited group of Halifax Senior Artisans.
The November 15, 2021 event aimed to breathe life back to a group who lost out last year to unforeseen circumstances. Renee aims to incorporate learning of art techniques with a concentration in healing mind, body, and soul.
We are most grateful to the Mass Cultural Council and Halifax Cultural Council for an inspirational day "For the Love of Art."
