Welcome to the Town of Halifax, MA Help Desk Portal

The Information Technology, Facility/Building Maintenance, and Highway Departments utilize the Help Desk portal to organize and prioritize requests from Town departments.

Employees have two methods of submitting requests to the above departments. The first method is submitting a ticket via the portal by clicking on the Open a New Ticket button. The second method is by e-mailing your request to the appropriate department by using the corresponding e-mail below.
