Town Hall Phone Numbers

If you receive a call from (781) 590-3888, that's the Town's new non-school central phone number. It will show as being from Melrose, MA, but it is coming from a municipal department. This is a temporary situation as the Town transitions to a new phone system. You can continue to call the regular telephone numbers for Town departments. Once the transition is complete, the correct phone number for the department calling you will show up on your phone.
