Silver Lake Regional School District Survey - Planning for Our Future

From: Jill Proulx, Superintendent, Silver Lake Regional School District

Dear Community Members, Parents, and Staff:

The Silver Lake Regional School District is engaging in a community conversation to define what success may look like for our students and our schools over the next three to five years. Since starting as superintendent in February, much of our work has focused on navigating the pandemic and trying to keep students, staff, and our community safe. Those efforts have been critical.

At the same time, we still have to move forward with the longer-term planning outlined in the Entry Plan I shared last month. We need to make sure we have a district plan that establishes district priorities, recognizes our strengths, and identifies areas where we can s get better. To help in assessing our strengths and areas for growth, we have designed the survey below.

As you respond to each item, focus on your own personal experiences and perceptions about the school(s). The data collected from this survey, alongside other sources of information (including a student survey), will be used to inform upcoming strategic planning efforts. All responses are completely anonymous.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us on this important topic. We welcome as much or as little as you wish to share, and we appreciate any insight you can provide.

Sincerely,

Jill Proulx, Ph.D.

Just a reminder to please complete the entry plan survey by November 30th.

Thank you!
