Dear Silver Lake Regional School District parents/guardians, staff:
 
I am happy to offer a convenient option for you and/or your child to get the COVID-19 vaccine. I am forwarding this letter of opportunity on behalf of The Kingston Board of Health. The Kingston Board of health will offer COVID-19 vaccination to any community member ages 12 and up.
 
· Place: Kingston Intermediate School Gym 65 Second Brook St, Kingston, Ma
 
· Dates: Dates July 24th and 25th and August 14th and 15th
 
· Time: 10:00am to 2:00pm

Parents/guardians must give their permission and accompany their children under the age of 18 years old in order for their children to be vaccinated.
 
There will be no cost to you for this vaccine, although your health plan may be billed. Your health plan cannot charge you a co-pay.
 
The vaccine that will be offered in the clinic will be Pfizer.
