Board of Selectmen Considering Change in Quorum Requirements

The Halifax Board of Selectmen hereby gives notice of its intention to consider an adjustment of town meeting quorum requirements for the Town of Halifax under Section 7 of Chapter 92 of the Acts of 2020. Said consideration shall not occur any earlier than Tuesday, September 22 and may occur at a Board of Selectmen meeting on Tuesday, September 22, said meeting to be properly posted per the Massachusetts Open Meeting Law.
