Yard Sale Permit

The Halifax Board of Selectmen issues yard sale permits with the following stipulations:

• A Permit Fee of $0 will be charged for each permit.
• Sales are limited to two (2) consecutive days per permit.
• No more than two (2) permits will be issued for anyone property per the calendar year.
• Off-street parking to be made available during hours of the sale.
• Signs are permitted on the property of sale only (no signs are permitted on Town streets including poles and sidewalks).
• No signs are allowed on public property without written permission from the Board of Selectmen.
